There are five different stages of meditation. These are:
1. Preparation – This is the stage where you prepare yourself for meditation. You need to get into a comfortable position, preferably lying down. Then, you should begin to breathe deeply. Next, you should close your eyes and think about nothing. You should try not to think about anything. Just focus on your breathing. Once you have done this for a while, you should move on to the next stage.
2. Concentration – This is the stage where your concentration should be focused on something. You should focus on a single object, such as a candle flame. You should try to stay focused on this object. You should keep your eyes closed and try to concentrate on the object. After a while, you should move onto the next stage.
3. Transcendence – This is the stage where everything disappears. You should try to forget all about yourself and focus on the object. This will take some time, but eventually, you will reach this stage. When you reach this stage, you should move onto the final stage.
4. Enlightenment – This is the stage where all of your thoughts disappear. You should try to empty your mind completely. You should concentrate on nothing. You should just focus on your breath. This will take some time to reach, but once you reach this stage, you will have reached enlightenment.
5. Release – This is the last stage. You should let go of everything. You should release all of your negative emotions and worries. You should focus on nothing. When you have finished, you should open your eyes and try to feel calm. This will take some time. Once you feel calm, you should move onto the last step.
