In order to be fit, you need to be able to do all of the following:
1. Be able to move your body in various ways. This means that you should be able to bend over, stretch, squat, and sit down. You should also be able to stand up from a seated position and walk. You should be able to turn your body in different directions as well as rotate it. If you can’t do this, you will have difficulty doing other things.
2. Be able to use your muscles. When you move, you should feel them working. You should be able to feel them stretching and contracting. You should be able to make them work for you.
3. Be able to breathe easily. When you breathe, you should not feel shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
4. Be able to sleep comfortably at night. You should be able to fall asleep easily and stay asleep.
5. Be able to maintain your weight. Your weight should be within the normal range for your height and age.
6. Be able to perform daily tasks. You should be able to do all of your daily activities without difficulty.
7. Be able to enjoy life. You should be able to enjoy your life and not feel like you are dragging yourself through each day.
